Premium Payment

The other day I purchased Spotify Premium for 12 months for $99.  However, my account says I am still subscribed to Premium to be charged $9/99/month.  When I cancel my Spotify premium subscription so I will not be charged every month since I have already paid for the next year.  Now when I look at my accounts and subscription page, it says my premium will be canceled when my next payment of $9.99 is due.  So what happened to my $99?  My receipts page shows I paid $9.99 on 12/11 and $99 on 12/18.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address (The one for the 12 months offer). This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
