My Question or Issue

My current Premium subscription is due to charge me £9.99 tomorrow (27/12/2021). However, I recently received an email offering three months for free as part of a new plan. I followed this link and got this deal and then cancelled my current plan that was due to bill me tomorrow. My account now says that I will return to Spotify Free on 27/12/2021. Will I still receieve the benefits of this three month free deal or have I lost this plan too?

In this situation it would be best to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They'll be able to have a look at the subscription currently active on your account and provide further assistance.

 

Note that in most cases in order to benefit from a Premium offer like this you need have either never used Premium before, or to have cancelled at least a month prior to activating the offer.
