What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Solved!! Went throught the full cancellation process, still charged this month.

I cancelled my premium account last month, clicked all 4 continue to cancel boxes, got to the "goodbye" playlist... and still was billed again this month and had to cancel again. I want a refund for this month's charges.
