My Question or Issue

I recently joined Premium Duo (today) for me and my partner. I added our current address info and send the link to my partner. She is being asked to verify the address and enters the same info. However, Spotify tells her to enter the identical address as the owner of the payment plan. I double-checked that we entered the same address but it does not work.
How can we get access for both of us to the Duo account?
Is there a delay when the Spotify Severy update address information?

Hey @krupa770, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

In order to be able to accept the invite, every member should have the same address and country. She can check here if she has added the same country as you. She can follow these steps, if she needs to update it.

Then you can invite her again to the Premium Duo plan. After she has accepted the invite, she can enjoy the Premium features.
If she gets an error message, you can attach a screenshot and I’ll take a look.
