I canceled my subscription because I ordered a new card, but I was still charged on my old account. When I talked to an agent online they were supposed to refund me the $9.99 and it never showed up in my bank statements. I’ve been trying to get a response through email, but I have not received one. Maybe someone on here can help???

Hello there!

Note it can take around 5 business days for the refund to get back to you. You should make sure you check your old card and not your new card if you have received the refund, as they'll send the money back where it came from.
