My Question or Issue

 i got an email saying that the payment couldn’t go through, which is odd since none of my cards are maxed or prohibiting payment. So i’m trying to change the payment and literally nothing will go through. I’ve canceled, tried all my cards (which are NOT the issue, yes I’ve called my bank), tried paypal, everything. I just wanted to listen to some music and now i don’t have premium anymore and can’t get it back. please help

Hi there!

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

Also, can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.

i somehow got it to accept payment through paypal. not sure how. nothing
was wrong on my end—my cards were valid, my info correct, i even called my
bank. and yes—i went to your support page. obviously. why would i be
calling my bank if i hadn’t gone to your help page first. y’all did this
both times i’ve needed help, and it’s infuriating when i’ve said i’ve tried
all your solutions and you send me a link to the same page of solutions.
there is an issue with your payment processor.

Can you try an incognito browsing session? And if you would like to pay via PayPal, it's important that one of your payment cards is connected to your PayPal account. You can also check out this Support page for some additional troubleshooting steps.
