Cobro doble

Tengo plan familiar y ayer me hicieron el cobro correspondiente del mes y resulta que hoy vuelve ha realizarme el cobro, y resulta que no tienen plataforma para realizar reclamos o levantar tickets, para que me realicen la devolucion.

I have just got the family packeage. Mine works fine but when i invite my wife and daugnter nothing happens afyer they accept the invite from me. Theu log in and its just the free Spotify with adverts.Please help

I can´t pay my subscription

I had to update my payment data, but it wont let me put any of my cards. I´ve tried different ones and it won´t take any, it only appears as error. I also tried paying with paypal, failed as well.
