My Question or Issue

I can't seem to subscribe using card, even though it shows in the list of subsciption types and when i press 'go premium' it shows this. Anyone can help? Thanks in advance

The message claims you're not eligible for the Premium offer.

 

Could you please state the steps you took in order to subscribe ?

Are you already on another plan or on a special offer plan ?

 

Furthermore, please state the country you're trying to subscribe from as it can help as well.

I am from the phillippines, i was subscribe before using Student Premium using prepaid mobile then just this year my discount ended and went to prepaid Premium the 145 one. Now since i am already working it became a hassle to load and wanted to switch to my card as payment.
