 I accidentally changed my plan from standard monthly premium subscription to a family subscription, but i don't need it so can you help me get back to my monthly premium subscription, please?

First of all, I'd recommend cancelling you Spotify Premium for Family. Then, you can ask for a refund for the extra money. Check out Spotify's refund policy here. Then you can purchase a standard Premium subscription here.
