I just paid my premium subscription via Cebuana Lhuiller. But my Spotify premium still not working.

Great to hear you have joined the premium plan! However, I am sorry to hear you have come across an issue.

Sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours to be active on your account. 

If 24 hours have passed, then I would recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form. They can look at this backstage and get things sorted for you 🙂
