I payed for premium account bye phone pay but I not get premium subscription please check account and solve the problem.

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. We'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. So, we’d also recommend checking this article for more info.

How I get refund payment

Just to confirm, have you checked if you have another account on Spotify where you made the payment with the steps @OscarDC sent previously? 

 

If you haven't found any additional accounts and you've made sure that you've been charged, we suggest that reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they take a closer look and further assist you with this.
