Trying to accept Duo invite

My Question or Issue
My wife send me a Duo invite, however whenever I select to accept it tells me "There was a problem. Please Try again later." I've tried multiple times over the last week without success.
I then cancelled my family account that I was paying for prior so that we wouldn't be charged this month twice, and am now concerned by messages saying I can only change every 12 months when the change was only made due to errors. The prompt to shift to Duo were the price changes that have been pushed out.

 

What is my resolution here, and why am I getting the "There was a problem. Please try again later" without any further guidance or resolution?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you are currently the owner of a Premium Family/Duo plan and would like to join a Premium Family/Duo plan, you'll need to cancel your subscription (if you haven't done so yet) and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂

If you are currently the owner of a Premium Family/Duo plan and would like to join a Premium Family/Duo plan, you'll need to cancel your subscription (if you haven't done so yet) and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂

Thanks! Yes, this worked. Have to cancel any subscription in order to join another.
