Does the premium features remains in my account whenever i go to any country, and does it will charge me with my own currency ?

If you have Premium, you can use the Spotify Premium features anywhere in the world for as long as you like. But if you permanently move to another country, you'll need to follow the steps in this support article to update your country settings and change your payment method to one that's been issued in your new country. The currency will only change if you permanently move to another country.

Note: If you're on the free, ad-supported service you can use Spotify in a different country for up to 14 days.
