Premium account canceled without notification

My Question or Issue

I have a Family subscription since last September. Since yesterday and the availability  of the new mobile version of Spotify (don't know if it is linked) all my accounts are no more Premium and return to Free status. When I connect to my account I have no more Family subscription. I received no email and my banking account has not blocked any transfer. My accounts still have their playlists but I have now ads when I'm listening music (like a FREE account).

Any ideas of what happened ? Do I have to subscribe again ?
