Why wont you take my money anymore?

I have been in Germany for the last 3 years with premium. Worked just fine. Card that I started premium with expired so my payment ran out. However, when I try to update my pay, it says spotify isn't available in my country? What?!

Asked to cancel, but still on Premium

I cancelled my premium account a few weeks ago, but Spotify is saying that I'll be a Premium user until February 28. I don't wanto to pay for another month. What should I do?

I dont have premium yet am charged for it. How do i cancel this! I cant cancel it

I get charged 9.99 every month for a subscription I don't have. I have tried to cancel through the subscription tab but I can't sense it shows I'm a free member not a premium member.

Can’t get premium

Every time I try and upgrade, it won’t accept my card. It tried to take a payment then cancelled after the very final attempt even when I had money in the bank. Does this mean Spotify is blocked from my card? If so, how do I find out?
