I have and issue with my family subscription, today all my family members lost the premium subscription, and also, I'm being charged for a family plan that I'm not using, since I tried to send invitations to my family members again and they receive the invitation but after typing our address and everything it says they can't join to the family plan, they got an email about the account verification one week ago and they did complete the verification, and they live in my house, my wife is the perfect example, I mean, we live together. 

Is there any customer service number or something, or an email address, I don't want to be charged for a family plan that I can't use.

We'd recommend making sure your family members are using the correct address to accept the invitation.
