I have updated my credit card information for payments for premium, and my Spotify app says, I’m going to lose premium and to update. But I’ve done it twice now and it says the same thing

Hey @Chelsy4,

 

Sorry to hear this. 

 

If you’ve already updated your information, you can log in to Spotify in a new broswer, and check your subscription information, there you can see what payment method is being used, and when you will be charged. 

 

If that doesn’t work, please do send me an error message that displays even when you update your payment info.
