Premium and Hulu

I currently have a Premium account and wanted to connect my Hulu account, and although the info in the drop-down menu says I am eligible, when I try to click the link, a message pops up saying I'm not, instead trying to get me to sign up for a family plan. Am I missing something? Should I try from my computer instead of on my Google Pixel 2 phone?

Just to confirm, are you trying to sign up for the regular Premium and Hulu bundle?

If so, we'd recommend giving it a fresh try and opening this link in an incognito or private window in your browser. You can also give it a try in a different device, as you mention.

If that doesn't help, or you're trying to subscribe to a different bundle, let us know and we'll be happy to help further 🙂
