Premium card not working

Premium card not working

Bought a $30 Spotify Premium card earlier today, tried redeeming the code and kept receiving a message about the code not being valid, despite the fact that I was entering the code exactly as it was shown on the back of the card. This is the second time this has happened, and I would like an answer, because this will be the second time that I will be out $30 due to these cards not working.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

If you’ve already tried the suggested steps in this support article about redeeming a gift card (under “Not working?”), I would recommend trying with a private window or a different device.

 

If you’re still getting an error message, I recommend contacting Customer Support here; they can take a deeper look into your account and help you redeem your gift cards.
