I’ve paid for the free 3 month trial but my Spotify premium doesn’t work. What do I need to do now?

Could you please explain better the issues you're having? Also, I recommend you to take a look at this article and make sure you're logged into the correct account. There's a possibility that you activated your trial in one account and you're logged into another one.
