I recently had an incident where I had to delete the app then sync it back to my phone. When this happened I was recognized by my user and password but for some reason had to resubmit my card info and then re-download music. However, I am unable to download or listen to any premium songs, yet this is what I am charged for every month.
Spotify is my life and I would like to get this straightened out asap. Any idea how I can clear this up!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
