My Question or Issue

I activated the 2-month free trial of the premium account and started paying on <snip - Moderator Edit>. Now I want to switch to the premium duo, but I wanted to keep the 2 free months. By switching to the duo now, do I lose the remaining 2 free months, or will I only start paying on the date it says?

Great question! Since the trial is for solo Premium and not Duo, changing to a Duo plan will forfeit your remaining trial time.

Ok, then when it says:

Today: You will pay <snip - Moderator Edit>
Starting <snip - Moderator Edit>: In total, your subscription will cost <snip - Moderator Edit>.

I will start paying today?

Yep! If it states anything will be paid today that means payment starts today. The rest is stating that your next billing date is the one you mentioned and the cost per month will be the same as you're paying today.

Just to clarify, is that the message you get when you try to change your subscription to the Duo plan?
