Je n'arrive pas à m'abonner a premium duo. Il est indiqué que je ne suis pas admissible à ce forfait... à part peut être avoir utiliser mon mois gratuit je n'ai pas utiliser spotify.

To start with, can you confirm if you're trying to get a free month Premium Duo subscription? If you do, that would be the reason why you're not able to subscribe since you only can use a free month package deal once per account and payment method.
