Premium family doesn‘t work

Hey guys.


my boyfriend (living with me) and me wanted to share a family premium account. He couldn‘t even „accept“ the invitation, he couldn‘t be confirmed even though it is the same adress. Now we tried it with two accounts of myself, today I paid for the premium and one of those accounts got kicked out! 


Any idea why this feature doesn‘t work?

Did your boyfriend got an error message when joining the plan? A transcript of the error message would help, since there are a few reasons why this could happen.


An example, is if the two accounts aren't set to the same country, even if you're living in the same house.
