Premium family no longer working

I verfied that I have paid, and as you can see I've been a long time premium member and have paid every time, on time:

This morning my family started complaining they have free, no longer premium. I checked my own account and its free too. When I login to my account on the web page, it says I have free, not premium.

Please help me resolve the issue.
