Premium family stopt steeds maar weer

We hebben als family een premium family genomen. Dit werkte een tijdje prima tot het automatische gestopt werd. Betaalmethode was Ideal, automatiche afschrijving. Maar de afschrijving gebeurd niet alhoewel er voldoende saldo is. 

We gaan niet iedere maand een nieuwe premium family afsluiten.  Dus, wat gaat hier nu fout ?

Vergoed spotify ook de extra kosten die hierdoor gemaakt zijn ?
