 My Question or Issue

 I can select my college, SCF Manatee-Sarasota, but it doesn't accept me and I have not been received any documents that prove my active enrollment, to apply for the discount manually, basically everything is digital other than what I got at orientation. Would a photo of a computer monitor showing my enrollment status as active be sufficient, or is there any other way I could get this to work?

You can try manually verifying yourself as a student at https://spotify.sheerid.com. Keep in mind that the verification is done by SheerID, and not Spotify, so they're the only ones who can decide. 🙂

Like I said in the original post, I dont have any physical documents from SCF that prove my enrollment and idk if computer screenshots would do the trick (I dont have any digital files either, just a "my scf" account that shows pertinent information)

You can try sending the screenshots to them, but I'm not sure it they'll accept them 🙂
