Premium gone

Hi, i got this little problem, like 2 years ago i changed of phone company, and as a gift they send me an SMS with a link to their official page to get Spotify or Netflix premium as long as i stay with them, today i just entered spotify from my mobile phone and just realize its not premium animore, any idea why that happened?

It sounds like your best bet is to contact your phone service provider first and see what their terms and conditions are around the offer. It's possible that it didn't apply correctly on their end or that the offer is expired or might not be fully legit.
