My Question or Issue

I paid 20 days ago my student plan but now it is saying that I am on the free plan, which is not true, I already checked all my login information, and I am using the same information that I used to pay for the premium plan

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

This might happen if you've had one or more failed payments or chargebacks from your bank or payment provider in the past. In these cases, the last successful payment is partly used to cover the time you enjoyed Spotify Premium without actually paying.
