I just bought Spotify premium but it doesn’t work. If I check the subscription page it says free, but I received an email with the receipt and I’m sure I’m signing in with the same username.

Let's see what's going exactly.

First, when you check your subscription status here - does it say Free or Premium? And do you see any Receipts here?

 

If it says Free and you see a Receipt (for 0.00 if on a trial or the subscription fee), follow all troubleshooting steps in this support article and let me know the outcome of each step.
