Premium loop

I'm currently trying to buy premium, and when i set up all my payments and press apply and pay, it returns me to the first part of buying it. My brother got it right before me and had no problems. I go and and try again and again and it still won't work. Someone please help!!!

Hey @harrison_myles,

Are you trying to claim an offer? If so, you won't be able to claim it using the same payment methof that your btother had used.

You'll have to use a different payment method if you want to claim the offer as well 🙂
