: I have been charged for Spotify premium 4 x months from 01/02/2017 - 01/05/2017. I am querying why I am being charged as I cancelled my subscription in approximately April. Can you please provide details/explain why I was charged in April & May and when my subscription cancellation was provided. Thank You ROCHELLE IREDELL

Hey @Rock1234,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
