Paguei 3 meses de assinatura, foi aprovado no card mas não mudou pra premium

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Can you login to your account here and tell me if your subscription status shows as 'Free' or 'Premium'? Also, could you try logging out/in of your account to see if that helps?

  • sure... my count show me free, and i've done this, but the status stay a same.

Can you check your emails for a verification saying that you signed up for Premium? I want to see if there is something odd going on.
