I signed up for .99 for 3 months to try out Spotify. I just looked and I have been charged 9.99 for the past 3 months. The Premuium subscription is not connected to my account.
I have tried to sign in and out. I have tried to see if I have more than one account. I do not. can some one help me connect my account to my payments.
