Other family members downgraded although active on family plan

HiWe upgraded to premium family plan, wife has joined onto account and appears active on the account. Although her app has downgraded to free spotify. She is now unable to use all the features of premium. Please advise.

Buenas tardes! Me di de baja de Premium a finales de septiembre antes de que me cobrarán el siguiente mes. Y he visto un cargo de 36 euros!!!! Eso Porq??? Gracias
