Premium not recognised

Premium not recognised

Recently upgraded to an iPhone 8. Despite still paying my £9.99 a month as always new phone is not recognising me as a premium customer. None of my playlists are there - all my songs gone etc! Very frustrating!!

Hey @Chuz81,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/.

I don’t know what this means? 

It means that you've most likely logged into the second account of yours and not into the account that you mainly use.
