Cannot cancel subscription

Hi, Spotify team. I've been ur user for about 2 years when I'm in US. I'm now moving out to other countries where ur service is not covered. I wonder how I can cancel my subscription? I tried go through the official guide, but it keeps telling me there is an error on processing the request.

I logged in Spotify through my facebook, and I'm not an IOS/Appstore user. I wonder if there is any way to solve the problem?

Again, it's great to be one of ur users, and I'm feel bad for not having ur service anymore. QAQ

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
