My Question or Issue

I changed my Premium account yesterday evening into Premium Duo.

In the screen there was a new payment proposal.

After that I didn't hear anything. No e-mail no nothing.


What went wrong?

Thank you for posting on the Community. 


We're not quite sure about which screen you're referring to. It's possible that after changing your subscription type your payment date was adjusted. 


In this case, from your Account Overview you can always check everything related to your subscription, the payment date and price. You can also find your payment receipts or handle your Duo account.
