Premium problems

When I want to get a premium membership, I get a notification that you've used a similar membership before. And I see student membership. When I filled out a form for a student subscription, I read that there were no countries. Process not completed. But sms reports that the charge is 0.99 tl. The fee for the bank account is 6.99 TL. I do not see any Premium subscriptions when I enter the Spotify account.
