My Question or Issue

I am going into my second year of university but spotify says i've reached the maximum of 4 years that the students discount is available and i haven't even used it for four years. My cousin uses her card to pay for my subscription and that's the card she used when she was using the spotify premium student plan is that the reason it says i've reached maximum verification?, and if so how do i fix that so i can use the plan for the next two years of my student life.

The student discount can be renewed a maximum of 3 times as it's available for 4 years. However, this is a plan verified with your account and is not affected by previous payments made to other accounts. First, we'd recommend trying to renew it from an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference.

In case the issue persists, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd suggest contacting our Customer Support so they can check your account and see why is giving you that error message.
