I'm locked out of my Spotify

My Question or Issue

I was on the 3 month free trial but I had an issue with my card so I had to cancel it. So when my Spotify switched back to free mode it was still on offline mode. And now I can't switch it back and I don't know what to do. I can't stream music and I don't have the offline/online mode available anymore

Have you tried logging out and logging back in again?

It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app as described on this page.

Does this happen on multiple devices or only a mobile one?
