My Question or Issue

Hi, I am part of a Family Subscription and as soon as I connect to my Google Nest speaker, Spotify starts to behave like I was on Free version (however, Account info still says Premium). After I disconnect from the Nest, it works again (no need to log out and in again). Any help highly appreciated.

I had a very similar experience just now. I connected my desktop app to my Google Home speaker and suddenly got 3 ads back to back without a way to skip! I'm a long-time paying premium subscriber and I don't think this is acceptable.

I am having the same issue! Premium duo subscription and it works just fine on my phone, but as soon as i connect to my google nest mini it’s like i’ve never had a premium account!! Soooooo bothersome! 

Yea same here. Just posted on a different thread, but its exactly only in this situation

 

It works again now!

Problem solved for me as well!
