Premium subscription not applied to applications

Hello, i subscrieb ton premier via the offer of 99 cts for 3 month few days ago.

spotify.JPGI had the email confirmation. On the website my account seem to be premiumised but not in app. I tried the faq method. deconnexion etc etc. Reset the password. Nothing work.

 

Any idee?

Hey @andemik

 

Search for your email receipt in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
