Im enrolled in a premium promo, i was charged automatically, all my downloaded songs are to be downloaded again... but evertime i attempt to do a download, i got an error saying that i need to still subscribe on the premium promo... i need help...

some how my account was charged $9.99 for premium when i was signed up for the student discount that was $4.99 and included hulu. Not only was my account switched and charged me the regular price for spotify ($9.99) I am now unable to log into hulu. I switched the account back to student and now I wont have access to the student discount or hulu for a month....this needs to be fixed and I am very frustrated because of these changes.
