Premium subscription

I seem to be having trouble to pay my premium subscription. After I've already entered my credit card info, I'm still not able to purchase it! It keeps coming back to a blank credit card form. Is that a problem with my card, the info, or the spotify's server?

Me too. Meanwhile mine is for my postpaid or prepaid subscription, it keeps on saying an error or something went wrong. I already been trying to do it since last week. Still unresolve.
