Premium subscription

Premium subscription

Hi, yesterday I payed 1 cent with ideal to get a premium subscription, confirmed by my bank. However, I'm back to the original 7 day trail after i deleted the cache on the android app. This worries me because i started a monthly payment for spotify, but spotify doesn't acknowledge this. What should i do?

There are a couple things that could have happened, we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.

 

Try to log out/ log in and see if your Premium activates. If a log out/ log in doesn’t work check your inbox. Did you get a confirmation email from Spotify after upgrading?
