Premium subscription

Why did my premium subscription terminate on its own? I just went online and found that I had been logged out and that my subscription had turned to FREE on its own. I don't have my old payment information.. so can I get my premium account back again?

That's odd. You should be able to just re-subscribe to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium.

I can't re-subscribe for premium because I don't have my payment information to fill in - just for now. But I was wandering if there's any other reason that might have caused this error and if I could get help from Spotify service to just reclaim my premium account? providing them my email address and password.

I'm sure Support would be able to provide you with some kind of reason why your subscription had been cancelled, but due to security reasons, they won't be able to just start your subscription again as all payment method info is removed when a subscription has ended.
