My Question or Issue

Have been subscribed for few years and today my account suddenly got changed to free. The payment was made on 3 Oct which is 9 days ago. I also received receipt for this payment.

Hey @Sscarat,

 

I’d recommend checking your email inbox, as you may have received a message explaining why you’ve lost access to your Premium plan.
