Premium trial reverts to free after a day

I have recently activated a one month free trial for premium however after one day of use it has reverted back to free user. This was a new Spotify account with a new payment method as I have not used Spotify premium before. Many thanks

La mia domanda o problema

Ciao. Il 14 settembre ho attivato la prova gratuita di 3 mesi di Spotify, che dovrebbe terminare il 14 dicembre. Oggi, 8 ottobre, circa 10 minuti fa ho aperto Spotify e mi dice che NON ho un account premium, nonostante avessi una prova Spotify attiva. Cosa devo fare? Allego la prova.
