Premium with hulu

I am trying to figure out how to set up Hulu with my premium account. I have followed the instructions on the page. It’s says to go to “your services” then “start watching” but I did not see either of these options?

The Premium and Hulu offer for Spotify has ended the offer on the 14th May in the US.
